While wife Melania and son Barron each stand with their left hand over their hearts during Demi Lovato’s rendition of ‘The Star Spangled Banner’, the president appears to wave his arms over his head as if directing an orchestra before pointing to someone off screen. Since entering the White House, Trump has regularly slammed athletes who kneel during the national anthem as a form of protest against police brutality and social injustice.
