(Credit: www.huffingtonpost.com) The misguided statement was followed by another just moments later when the president warned the nation’s Islamic community that it should “probably disband from public assembly for your own safety for the time being, maybe indefinitely.” The Islamophobic, anti-American, paranoid, tone-deaf tweets by the racist President of the United States seem to underline recent criticism from a wide-spectrum of political critics that he is sympathetic to white nationalism and his comments foment violence against minorities, especially Muslims. “If you’re white, you’re right for America,” says the president. The president rejected these claims saying, “That’s total fake news. I care deeply about the Islam people, but they do bring trouble upon themselves by gathering in dark clouds of Muslim-ness at mosques. Why go where you’re going to be a target, right? Look at nice white Christians. They go to church and no one bothers them at all. Maybe Muslims should consider attending church instead?” Asked if he understood that America was created 250-years ago as an escape and refuge from religious persecution, and that people of all faiths have a right to worship here peacefully, in any way they choose, without threat of violenc, the president scoffed and said: “That’s all true for white Europeans. But no one said anything about protections for towel heads and macacas.
