Before it was announced that the former First Lady had lost out on making history, the former leader reached out and reportedly told her to admit defeat Speaking in her documentary Hillary, which is streaming on Sky and NOWTV, said: ‘The television commentators and the AP [Associated Press], were calling it for Trump and Obama called me and he said, “I’m really sorry but you probably should concede”. ‘I said, “I’m not going to concede until the morning”, and he said, “Well, you’re probably should call Trump.”’ Hillary admitted that she ‘didn’t see’ her defeat to Trump coming and following the news of his victory, she saw people crying on the sidewalk. ‘It was just like a death. It’s the only way to describe it I guess. I was totally emotionally wrecked,’ she continued.
