The retail tycoon has been charged in the US with four counts of misdemeanour assault, following allegations from a fitness instructor in Arizona that Green repeatedly touched her inappropriately -allegations he strenuously denies. And his retail empire, the Arcadia Group, could face administration unless creditors can agree on his restructuring plan.
