Congress has launched a sweeping new probe of President Donald Trump, his White House, his campaign and his businesses. The US congressional panel announced Monday that it is has requested documents from 81 government agencies, entities, and individuals as part of a investigation into allegations of obstruction of justice and other abuses by president Trump, as well as others in his inner circle. The Democratic-led House Judiciary Committee is also targetting Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, WikiLeaks, Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kusher, former US Attorney Jeff Sessions, as well as Trump’s chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg.
