No one in his administration was able to elaborate on what the president was talking about. Regarding the turmoil taking hold in Venezuela as demonstrations for and against Guaido and Maduro fill the streets of Caracas, the nation’s capital, Mr. Trump said, “There’s a good chance I’ll go down there once this situation settles and hold a big beauty pageant.
